I aim to dispatch items within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Due to the value of the items, Royal Mail special delivery service is used, which is tracked and signed for. A flat rate of £10 will be charged.

I take great pride in my work. If you have a concern about an item you have received, please contact me immediately in order for me to correct the situation.
CARE
Due to the hand crafted nature of all items, care and attention must be taken to prolong its life. Only wash items when really necessary. Often airing quilts is all that’s needed to refresh them. If needed, all items may be hand washed in cold water using a gentle detergent. Take care when drying large quilts not to hang them. The weight of the water can cause stitches to break. It is advisable to dry flat. All items come with detailed care instructions.
